Return costs

Please note that the costs for returns up to an amount of €100 are to be borne by the buyer. This includes all shipping costs incurred for returning the product to us.

If desired, you can purchase a return label with the recipient address filled in here: (Only within Germany)
Buy return label

Alternatively, you can also use other shipping service providers such as Hermes, DPD, or UPS. Depending on the product, letter shipping may also be possible.

Option for a return label

If you would like us to provide you with a "DHL Return" return label, this is also possible. In this case, 7€ will be deducted from the refund amount.
